Terms and Conditions of Booking
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Tiny Wheels Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made in person at our operating location or in advance (if applicable).
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
- All prices are stated in GBP and include VAT, where applicable.
2. Age, Weight & Height Requirements
- Ride-on cars are designed for children aged 1 to 8 years.
- Maximum weight limit: 30kg (66 lbs) per vehicle.
- Children must be able to sit upright independently and follow basic instructions (unless under full parental remote control).
3. Parental Supervision & Responsibility
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- A remote control is provided with each car so that parents/guardians have full control when needed.
- Parents/guardians must sign a waiver of liability before the session begins.
4. Safety Rules
- Helmets must be worn during the ride unless otherwise advised by staff for specific vehicle types.
- A short safety briefing will be delivered before each session.
- Tiny Wheels Ltd reserves the right to refuse or stop a session if safety rules are not followed or a child behaves in a way that endangers themselves or others.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- As we operate outdoors and in limited time slots, bookings are non-refundable once made.
- If a session must be cancelled due to bad weather, we will do our best to reschedule or offer a voucher.
- No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
6. Vehicle Use & Maintenance
- Our vehicles are battery-operated and run for a limited time per charge (up to 60 minutes).
- Each vehicle is maintained regularly, but in rare cases of technical malfunction, we will provide a replacement vehicle or reschedule your session.
7. Insurance & Liability
- Tiny Wheels Ltd holds full Public Liability Insurance.
- We are not liable for injuries caused by failure to follow safety instructions or supervise a child.
- You accept full responsibility for your child’s participation in the activity.
8. Photography & Media
- We may occasionally take photos for promotional use (e.g. social media, website).
- If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please inform us before the session.
9. Data Protection
- We collect and store booking and waiver information in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Personal data will never be shared with third parties unless legally required.
