By using our services, you (the parent/guardian) acknowledge and agree to the following:

• A signed waiver is required before a child may participate.
• Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
• Safety helmets are provided and must be worn during use.
• A remote control is provided for all vehicles, allowing the parent/guardian to override the car at any time.
• Our team will deliver a safety briefing prior to every ride.

Tiny Wheels Ltd is not liable for injuries or accidents arising from the misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

Health & Safety

We regularly maintain and inspect our ride-on vehicles and related equipment. All staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency response procedures.

Insurance

Tiny Wheels Ltd holds full Public Liability Insurance. A copy of our certificate is available on request.
