Tiny Wheels Ltd offers a fun, electric ride-on car experience for children. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of participants, all activities are undertaken at the customer’s own risk.
By using our services, you (the parent/guardian) acknowledge and agree to the following:
- A signed waiver is required before a child may participate.
- Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
- Safety helmets are provided and must be worn during use.
- A remote control is provided for all vehicles, allowing the parent/guardian to override the car at any time.
- Our team will deliver a safety briefing prior to every ride.
Tiny Wheels Ltd is not liable for injuries or accidents arising from the misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.
Health & Safety
We regularly maintain and inspect our ride-on vehicles and related equipment. All staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
